Cumulative hours: Hours completed at any point during grades 6–12 count together. A student with 150 hours in grade 8 and 100 more in grade 10 has 250 cumulative certified hours.
Scholarship: A YouthVolunteer scholarship program is planned to launch in the program's first 2–3 years. Only Youth Service Leader Award recipients (1,000+ hours) will be eligible. Details will be announced on this site.
No double-counting: Hours already counted toward another award program (e.g., Boy Scouts, religious confirmation) cannot also be counted toward this registry.
